WAM SYSTEMS ACHIEVES RECORD REVENUES IN 2006
Growth Trend Continues for Leading Supplier of Process Industry Supply Chain Solutions

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA —January 12, 2007 — WAM Systems, a leading provider of supply chain planning solutions to the process industry, today announced the results of its fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.

WAM Systems reported the highest revenue in its 20-year history in 2006. This continues a trend of strong, consistent growth driven by sustained geographical expansion in its customer base throughout Europe and Asia as well as an enhanced product offering of its enterprise supply chain solution, Picaso™.

“2006 was a year of great momentum for WAM (Systems). We continued to build upon our extensive U.S. client base with new offerings that extend the capabilities of our existing Picaso™ solution,” said Jack Weiss, CEO and founder of WAM Systems. “In addition, we formed numerous new alliances with best-of-breed solution providers throughout the process industry, doubling the size of our affiliate network and greatly enhancing the face-to-face value that we can deliver to our customers.”

In recent years, WAM Systems’ Picaso™ solution has reached beyond its roots in the chemical industry to provide supply chain planning solutions, visibility and support to companies throughout the process industry. The company continues to expand its affiliate network of solution providers that extend into the pharmaceutical, refining, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage and personal care segments of the process industry.

“This past year we’ve been able to capitalize on the investments made during the first quarter of 2006 which were intended to help our company solidify its global footprint as the leading provider of visibility and optimization solutions to the process industry,” said John Kamal, COO of WAM Systems. “We enter 2007 with a strong presence in the process industry and high demand for our solutions. We look forward to another year of sustained growth and profitability.”
