Once a successful implementation is complete, WAM provides expert guidance and support for the life of your installation.

Help Desk Services

After implementation is complete, you will receive full access to our help desk services. In addition, we assign a senior technical advisor to provide expert guidance and support. Our trained professionals maintain specific expertise in your solution and your implementation environment. This ensures that you will always have a support team that is familiar to you and knowledgeable in your business practices. We pride ourselves in the quality and expertise of our system support team.

Maintenance Services

WAM’s ongoing maintenance services provide our clients with essential support once an implementation is completed. The WAM Software Upgrade Program provides regular software upgrades for a yearly fee. Clients may also subscribe to a Comprehensive Maintenance Program that provides value-added training, consulting services, and technical or operational assistance in support of daily operations. Under this supplemental program, you may pre-pay each year for support hours at a discounted hourly consulting rate. This reduces your costs for discretionary services requested throughout the year. At the beginning of each subsequent yearly maintenance renewal period, you may choose to increase or decrease your participation in the Comprehensive Maintenance Program at your discretion.

Installation and Configuration Services

WAM provides on-site support through frequent visits during the implementation project. We also provide day-to-day project support via remote communications between our support offices and your company’s local area network. Installation and configuration support includes:
  • Guidance in identifying and loading data from your information systems to and from our solution
  • Assistance in identifying infrastructure requirements
  • Tuning and configuration of production and distribution models
  • Training of system administrators and systems support personnel

Programming Support Services

Any Picaso program enhancements that are required to successfully satisfy unique operational or system needs are identified as the implementation project progresses. We will enhance the Picaso™ System as needed to satisfy mission critical objectives.
