Dean is WAM’s Director of Product Management and oversees the commercialization of new and updated products as they come to market. He works as a central facilitator helping WAM’s sales, marketing, development, and services groups meet customer needs effectively with its product roadmap. Dean is involved in determining product direction, improving implementation efficiency, and providing materials and processes required to support WAM’s supply chain solutions.

Dean has over 15 years of supply chain software experience in the process industries, which includes consulting, implementing software solutions, designing and developing software, and leading development projects. Prior to joining WAM, he held leadership roles at Aspen Technology in both development and product management, contributing to the design, development, and support of process industry supply chain planning solutions. Also, as an internal consultant at DuPont, he worked with businesses to improve supply chain effectiveness and implement decision support software to optimize planning and scheduling processes. Dean holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State University.
