Jack is chairman and CEO of WAM Systems. Since founding the company in 1987, Jack has been responsible for formulating and executing long-term strategies and overseeing relationships with clients, partners, investors and employees. Jack sets the ethical and cultural tone for the company through his energetic advocacy for WAM's global client base. He is a leading expert in supply chain planning and is a frequent speaker at events throughout the world.

Prior to founding WAM, Jack held leadership positions at Merrill Lynch and L.F. Rothschild. At Exxon Chemicals, where he led the U.S. Decision Support Service group, Jack's team developed the earliest visibility and optimization solutions in the market - innovations that would eventually lead to WAM's current supply chain planning solutions. Jack holds engineering degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
