Mark James Vice President Client Services

Mark is the Vice President of Client Services for WAM Systems and oversees the critical stage of project implementation for WAM's customers. Under his direction, the client services team supports customers by working closely with supply chain executives and business operations teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new workflows and technologies. He coordinates all necessary training, configuration and customization efforts to enable customers to achieve their goals of improving supply chain planning through best practices solutions. Mark has over 20 years of experience in supply chain consulting, management and software implementation projects. He was the director for supply chain planning at Aspen Technology, managing the North America / Latin America implementation team through improvement initiatives in supply chain planning, optimization, scheduling and forecasting. Through working with companies like Lyondell Chemical, Ergon Refining, Shell Chemical, Chevron Phillips, Sunoco and ExxonMobil, Mark developed considerable expertise in identifying the optimal paths toward successful project completion in a variety of manufacturing environments. Mark holds B.S. Engineering and M.B.A degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
