WAM ID Process™

Design Workshops

WAM conducts design workshops during the early stages of all implementation projects. These workshops include review of current business work flows and the impact that the Picaso™ Supply Chain Planning System has on them. The workshops are designed to identify any unique business characteristics that need to be considered during the configuration stage of the project.
