WAM ID Process™Before any implementation project begins, WAM Systems experts meet with your staff to develop a detailed analysis of the way you do business and the efficacy of the tools you are currently using. Working closely with you, we will jointly identify opportunities to improve the flow of information, develop a detailed project plan, and identify supply chain process improvements that can be implemented in parallel with the software.
Design WorkshopsWAM conducts design workshops during the early stages of all implementation projects. These workshops include review of current business work flows and the impact that the Picaso™ Supply Chain Planning System has on them.
