Once a successful Picaso™ implementation is complete, WAM provides expert guidance and support for the life of your installation. Help Desk Services
Maintenance ServicesWAM’s ongoing maintenance services provide our clients with essential support once a Picaso™ implementation is completed. The Picaso™ Software Upgrade Program provides regular software upgrades for a yearly fee. Clients may also subscribe to a Comprehensive Maintenance Program that provides value-added training, consulting services, and technical or operational assistance in support of daily operations. Under this supplemental program, you may pre-pay each year for support hours at a discounted hourly consulting rate. This reduces your costs for discretionary services requested throughout the year. At the beginning of each subsequent yearly maintenance renewal period, you may choose to increase or decrease your participation in the Comprehensive Maintenance Program at your discretion. Installation and Configuration ServicesWAM provides on-site support through frequent visits during the implementation project. We also provide day-to-day project support via remote communications between our support offices and your company’s local area network. Installation and configuration support includes:
Programming Support ServicesAny Picaso program enhancements that are required to successfully satisfy unique operational or system needs are identified as the implementation project progresses. We will enhance the Picaso™ System as needed to satisfy mission critical objectives. |
