WAM provides on-site change management and training to create in-house Picaso planning experts for your company. These in-house experts become responsible for providing direct support and training to other system users. This process enables you to build up the necessary internal expertise to fully understand and exploit Picaso’s capabilities. We support these in-house experts and attend initial training sessions until in-house experts have adequate experience to provide user training on their own. Follow-up training services and support may be contracted from WAM as needed.
